This is a project that’s been a long time in the making. I’ve been asked countless times what the secret is to muscle ups, or how to pull chest to bar instead of chin over bar…
And this complicated topic can easily warrant an hour’s discussion and maybe a 2000+ word article, you’ve come to know me as famous for. But this time round I wanted to tackle this one differently: through the medium of video – aka in my newest YouTube video!
This is the blueprint I used myself many moons ago to enjoy lots of success with advanced muscle ups, really high pulling and not this wasn’t my only success, I’ve used this approach to get loads of coaching clients pulling faster, higher and harder.
