I help people get strong and mobile with minimal equipment.
My specialities are teaching you to use your bodyweight to build strength and resilience, allowing you to do whatever you want with your body.
I’ve helped women get their first chin up or dip. I’ve helped guys get their first STRICT muscle up.
I’ve got dozens and dozens of middle aged men & women completely out of pain, WITHOUT hours of boring generic physiotherapy exercises. Instead, all we do is use a time tested approach that focuses on getting you strong through your entire range of motion.
I program for dozens of people remotely as well as in person. I’ve written countless mobility routines for stiff adults, with amazing results.
